Jess is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping people reconnect with who they truly are — not their “best self,” but their real self. She believes therapy isn’t about striving for perfection; it’s about uncovering the parts of you that have always been there beneath the survival strategies, the shame, and the noise.
She graduated with her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2023 and has a deep appreciation for how relationships shape our sense of safety, identity, and belonging. She has learned that healing happens in connection, and that strong, healthy relationships — both with others and ourselves — are what give us courage, strength, and resilience.
Outside the therapy room, she is someone who thrives in movement and connection. She loves sports, fitness, and being outdoors — anything that gets her out of her head and into the moment. Those spaces remind her of the same truth she sees in therapy every day: growth happens when we show up, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Her approach is collaborative and human — she values honesty, humor, and heart in the work. Whether you’re processing deep emotions, navigating shame, or learning to communicate more authentically, her goal is to create space for you to feel seen, understood, and empowered to live more fully as yourself.
