— AFTER YOU ARRIVE
Intake assessments &
treatment plans
Within a business day of admission, you’ll receive a biopsychosocial (BPS) assessment to determine the best fit primary therapist and Substance Use Disorder Clinical Care (SUDC) provider if applicable. Weekend admissions may push this first step to the next business day.
Within the first 5 days after admissions, you’ll have a custom, individualized treatment plan that will be reviewed and refreshed every 30 days as needed during your recovery. Your treatment plan will start with one of our three levels of care–residential stay, partial hospitalization program (PHP), or Intensive Outpatient Program–and gradually step down in intensity. You’ll have post-treatment continuum of care options including general outpatient therapy and regularly occurring support groups to assist in lasting recovery.
