His clinical approach is heavily rooted in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with experience and insight of Autism while being a past Registered Behavior Technician. Kindrick helps clients develop the tools and insight needed to create lasting stability in long term recovery and emotional resilience.

Kindrick brings warmth, humor, and a down-to-earth perspective to his work. He is deeply passionate about helping individuals rediscover their strength, build meaningful lives within recovery, and realize that change is always possible no matter where they start. His motivation stems from a belief that everyone deserves the chance to write a new story and that recovery is not only about overcoming addiction, but about reconnecting with purpose and possibility.

Outside of counseling, Kindrick enjoys traveling the world and is always finding new hobbies big and small. Staying active has always been a great interest and priority to him. His curiosity for different places and people continues to inspire his work and deepen his connection with those he works alongside.
