With us being In-Network this now means we are able to provide excellent care for individuals with both Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency needs.
The Phoenix is research based, and we understand the importance in teaching Disease Management as well as living a life full of Meaning and Purpose. We believe people can learn how to manage their disease and reclaim a life of abundance. In order to do that we know the importance in offering a program that takes the client through a continuum of care that varies from Inpatient treatment, Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient and General Outpatient. We want to be your support through all levels of care. We want our clients to be able to receive treatment wherever they are located in Utah we have multiple locations in Riverdale, St. George, Vernal and Draper Ut offering outpatient services.
